Member Voting on Amended Bylaws and CC&R Now Underway

Repair & Re-painting of Boundary Fence to continue in 2026
Repair and re-painting of the wrought iron fence along the south boundary of Crown Point is scheduled to commence beginning in the spring of 2026. If you live along the south boundary, please ensure your section of the fence is cleared of plants, trees, and other obstacles in order to facilitate the re-painting process.
