Governance

The Crown Point Homeowners Association directors shall be elected at the annual meeting of members. All directors shall hold office for a term of three (3) years, or until their respective successors are elected. Vacancies on the board of directors may be filled by a majority of the remaining directors. Each director so elected shall hold office until his successor is elected at an annual or a special meeting of the members. (Crown Point Bylaws - February 2026)
